Itinerary Details

Day 1 Arrival Istanbul

Welcome to Istanbul! Upon arrival proceed by your transfers to the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2 Istanbul Old city tour

After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of the historic Sultan Ahmet Center, the heart of Istanbul’s Old City, where the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires once reigned. Explore the awe-inspiring Hagia Sophia, an architectural marvel built as a basilica in the 6th century. Admire the exterior of the Blue Mosque, renowned for its intricate blue Iznik tiles and six minarets. Stroll through the Hippodrome, once the center of sporting and political events, adorned with iconic monuments like the Serpentine Column and the Obelisk of Theodosius. Next, delve into the opulent history of the Topkapi Palace, a sprawling museum showcasing treasures from Turkey and the Balkans. Conclude your day with a visit to the bustling Grand Bazaar, the world’s largest covered market, boasting thousands of shops offering a diverse array of goods. Retreat for the night, immersed in the vibrant energy of Istanbul.

Day 3 Istanbul

After breakfast, embark on a full-day exploration of Istanbul. Cruise along the iconic Bosphorus, the strait that divides Istanbul between two continents, offering picturesque views of the city from the Black Sea to the Marmara Sea. Experience the vibrant atmosphere of the Egyptian Spice Market, a historic Ottoman shopping center filled with aromatic spices and bustling stalls. Ascend Camlica Hill for panoramic vistas of Istanbul’s skyline. Finally, visit the majestic Beylerbeyi Palace, an architectural gem adorned with opulent interiors (closed on Mondays). Return to Istanbul for an evening of relaxation, surrounded by the enchanting ambiance of this timeless city.

Day 4 Istanbul – Kayseri or Nevsehir – Cappadocia

After breakfast check out the hotel and proceed to the Istanbul airport for your flight to Kayseri ASR or Nevsehir NAV. Upon arrival proceed by your transfers to the hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 5 Cappadocia – Goreme – Cappadocia Tour

After breakfast, depart approximately between 09:00 – 09:30 am for a captivating sightseeing tour of Cappadocia. Begin at the Citadel of Uçhisar, boasting the highest point in Cappadocia and a magnificent rock Castle with nearly 300 caves. Marvel at the breathtaking panoramic views of Love Valley, offering a stunning backdrop of Goreme Village and its unique rock formations. Explore Pasabag Valley, renowned for its fascinating landscape featuring the largest Fairy Chimneys (mushroom-shaped rocks). Next, delve into the historic wonders of Goreme Open-Air Museum, showcasing ancient cave dwellings, churches, and mosques. Visit Avanos, the renowned handcraft center of Cappadocia, celebrated for its pottery tradition spanning 4000 years. Conclude your day at Devrent Valley, famous for its intriguing rock formations and geological wonders, providing insight into the natural formation process. Retire for the night in the enchanting surroundings of Cappadocia.

Day 6 Cappadocia – Istanbul

After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to the Kayseri ASR or Nevsehir NAV airport for your flight to Istanbul IST or SAW. Upon arrival proceed by your transfers to the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 7 Istanbul – Back Home

After breakfast it’s time to check out. Proceed to the airport for your onward flight or flight back home.

All hotels charge a refundable security deposit either in cash or credit card at the time of check-in. This is refunded by the hotel provided there are no incidental purchases or damages

Validity of Rates: All rates are applicable within the specified validity dates. Happy Feet Tours reserves the right to modify these validity dates.
Promotional Rates: The rates provided are promotional and part of a launch offer. These rates are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
Dynamic Pricing: Prices are calculated based on the current exchange rate, making them dynamic and subject to change.
Black-Out Dates: The rates are not valid during black-out dates.
International Check-in/Check-out: International check-in time ranges from 1400 to 1500 hours, and check-out time is from 1100 to 1200 hours. Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Damages Responsibility: Any damages to hotel rooms or coaches during your stay are the responsibility of the passengers.
Tour Routing Changes: The tour routing may change on certain departure dates, and there is a possibility of a reverse itinerary. However, all mentioned sightseeing and excursions will be included.
Sightseeing Changes: Sightseeing and excursions may change due to factors like entrance availability, traffic, weather, etc.
Public Holidays: Some sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.
Liability: The Company does not accept liability for damages, baggage loss, injuries, accidents, breakdowns, or irregularities caused by various factors beyond its control.
Baggage Loss: Happy Feet Tours is not responsible for loss of baggage or belongings at airports or elsewhere.
Flight Timings: Clients should consider flight timings when reaching the airport. The company is not responsible for missed flights due to personal reasons, connecting flight issues, or airline-related factors.
Restricted Areas: Some areas or monuments may restrict vehicle entrance. In such cases, the vehicle will drop you at the nearest possible point, and clients must make further arrangements.
Additional Charges: Entrance fees, monument fees, and other activity charges are not included in the package unless specified in the inclusion section.
Peak Periods: The package may have different pricing during long weekends, national holidays, and regional festivals. Any cost difference will be communicated.
Surcharges: Any applicable surcharges will be advised during booking.
Hotel and Sightseeing Availability: Rates are subject to hotel and sightseeing availability at the time of booking. An alternate hotel of equal or higher standard may be used if necessary.
Exclusion Periods: Prices are not valid during trade fairs, festivals, and exhibition periods.
Indian Passport Holders: Rates are valid for Indian passport holders only.
Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. No hotel blocks are held for this package.

Alternative Hotel: If a hotel is unavailable, the company reserves the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The booking amount per person is a non-refundable deposit.

Fixed Departure: Fixed departure packages follow a specific plan and cannot be amended based on personal requirements.
Air Ticket Payment: Full payment is required for the issuance of flight tickets.
Deviation from Route: Vehicles provided during the tour will follow the specified itinerary without deviation.
Restricted Areas: In areas where vehicle entrance is restricted, the vehicle will drop clients at the nearest point, and further arrangements are the client’s responsibility.

On-Ground Modifications: Any charges related to on-ground modifications or additions to services chosen by the client must be paid directly to the driver or supplier.
Voucher and Ticket Release: For group departure packages, vouchers and tickets will be released three days prior to departure.
Exclusions: No offers, promo codes, or discounts apply to this package unless expressly notified by Happy Feet. This package cannot be combined with other schemes or offers.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy aligns with the payment policy. The company is not responsible for additional costs or fees related to the issuance or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through the company.
Airline Responsibility: The Company has no direct control over third-party services like airlines. In case of last-minute flight cancellations or reschedules, the company is not liable for any financial, emotional, or physical impacts. The company will advise and assist but cannot be held responsible. In cases of connecting flight issues, the company will liaise with the airline but any charges will
