Itinerary Details

Day 1. Arrival & transfer from Jomo Kenyatta Airport to Loldia House

Morning: Arrive at Loldia House, welcomed by stunning views of Lake Naivasha.
Afternoon: Enjoy a leisurely lunch followed by a guided nature walk or birdwatching excursion around the lake.
Evening: Relax with sundowners overlooking the lake, followed by a gourmet dinner featuring locally sourced ingredients.

Day 2. Lake Naivasha Exploration

Morning: Embark on a boat safari on Lake Naivasha, observing hippos, birds, and other wildlife.
Afternoon: Return to Loldia House for a delicious lunch, followed by optional activities such as horseback riding, cycling, or a visit to nearby Crescent Island.
Evening: Indulge in a sumptuous dinner under the stars, accompanied by tales of the region’s rich history and wildlife encounters.

Day 3. Transfer from Loldia house to Governor's camp

Morning: Enjoy a final breakfast at Loldia House before bidding farewell to the tranquil beauty of Lake Naivasha. Then get transferred to Governor’s Camp by inhouse governors aviation Afternoon: Enjoy a delectable lunch at the camp followed by a briefing on the upcoming safari adventures.
Evening: Embark on your first game drive into the Maasai Mara National Reserve, accompanied by experienced guides. Witness the abundant wildlife, including the Big Five, and marvel at the vast savannah as the sun sets.

Day 4. Safari Excursions and Cultural Encounters

Morning: Start the day with an early morning game drive to catch the wildlife at its most active.
Mid-Morning: Return to camp for a hearty breakfast.
Late Morning: Visit a local Maasai village (Manyatta) for an immersive cultural experience, interacting with the residents and learning about their traditional way of life.
Afternoon: Enjoy a leisurely lunch at camp, followed by optional activities such as nature walks or birdwatching.
Evening: Embark on another thrilling game drive or choose to relax at camp, savoring a delicious dinner under the starlit African sky.

Day 5. Conservation and Community Engagement

Morning: Participate in a conservation or community project supported by Governors’ Camp, such as visiting local schools or wildlife conservation initiatives.
Mid-Morning: Return to camp for brunch and relaxation.
Afternoon: Embark on a final game drive, exploring different areas of the Maasai Mara for unique wildlife sightings and photographic opportunities.
Evening: Gather around the campfire for a farewell dinner, sharing stories and memories of your unforgettable safari experience in the Mara.

Day 6: Departure

Morning: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at Governors’ Camp before bidding farewell to the wilderness.
Departure: Transfer to the airstrip for your onward journey, taking with you cherished memories of your time in the iconic Maasai Mara.

Inclusions

Full board accommodation, 3 meals per person per night booked, purified water, drinks including House wine, beers, soft drinks, local spirits and water; laundry, together with applicable VAT thereon, transportation of tourists.
Boat rides with Lodges boat on Lake Naivasha.Transportation of tourists will be in custom built 4WD vehicles to Lake Nakuru National Park and / or Hells Gate National Park, Elementaita and The Eburu Forest Reserve & Bongo conservation area, to local flower farms, to the local school, bird-watching, to Crescent Island, or exploring the ranch by vehicle.

Scheduled flight from Loldia House to Governors’ Camp.. It includes all air strip transfers
two or three excursions daily (depending upon client preferences) into the famous Masai Mara National Reserve and surrounding areas, to local Masai Villages (Manyattas), and to / from the local schools and other community and conservation projects we support and which guests may wish to visit.

Validity of Rates: All rates are applicable within the specified validity dates. Happy Feet Tours reserves the right to modify these validity dates.
Promotional Rates: The rates provided are promotional and part of a launch offer. These rates are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
Dynamic Pricing: Prices are calculated based on the current exchange rate, making them dynamic and subject to change.
Black-Out Dates: The rates are not valid during black-out dates.
International Check-in/Check-out: International check-in time ranges from 1400 to 1500 hours, and check-out time is from 1100 to 1200 hours. Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Damages Responsibility: Any damages to hotel rooms or coaches during your stay are the responsibility of the passengers.
Tour Routing Changes: The tour routing may change on certain departure dates, and there is a possibility of a reverse itinerary. However, all mentioned sightseeing and excursions will be included.
Sightseeing Changes: Sightseeing and excursions may change due to factors like entrance availability, traffic, weather, etc.
Public Holidays: Some sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.
Liability: The Company does not accept liability for damages, baggage loss, injuries, accidents, breakdowns, or irregularities caused by various factors beyond its control.
Baggage Loss: Happy Feet Tours is not responsible for loss of baggage or belongings at airports or elsewhere.
Flight Timings: Clients should consider flight timings when reaching the airport. The company is not responsible for missed flights due to personal reasons, connecting flight issues, or airline-related factors.
Restricted Areas: Some areas or monuments may restrict vehicle entrance. In such cases, the vehicle will drop you at the nearest possible point, and clients must make further arrangements.
Additional Charges: Entrance fees, monument fees, and other activity charges are not included in the package unless specified in the inclusion section.
Peak Periods: The package may have different pricing during long weekends, national holidays, and regional festivals. Any cost difference will be communicated.
Surcharges: Any applicable surcharges will be advised during booking.
Hotel and Sightseeing Availability: Rates are subject to hotel and sightseeing availability at the time of booking. An alternate hotel of equal or higher standard may be used if necessary.
Exclusion Periods: Prices are not valid during trade fairs, festivals, and exhibition periods.
Indian Passport Holders: Rates are valid for Indian passport holders only.
Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. No hotel blocks are held for this package.

Passport and Visa: Travelers to international destinations must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity from the return date and the required visas.

Alternative Hotel: If a hotel is unavailable, the company reserves the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The booking amount per person is a non-refundable deposit.

Fixed Departure: Fixed departure packages follow a specific plan and cannot be amended based on personal requirements.
Air Ticket Payment: Full payment is required for the issuance of flight tickets.

Restricted Areas: In areas where vehicle entrance is restricted, the vehicle will drop clients at the nearest point, and further arrangements are the client’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy aligns with the payment policy. The company is not responsible for additional costs or fees related to the issuance or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through the company.
Airline Responsibility: The Company has no direct control over third-party services like airlines. In case of last-minute flight cancellations or reschedules, the company is not liable for any financial, emotional, or physical impacts. The company will advise and assist but cannot be held responsible. In cases of connecting flight issues, the company will liaise with the airline but any charges will
