Itinerary Details

Day 1 : Arrival Trivandrum transfer to Kovalam

Arrive in Trivandrum and transfer to Kovalam. Check in at the hotel and enjoy leisure time on the stunning beaches of Kovalam, known as the Paradise of the South. Explore the three adjacent crescent beaches and relax in the picture-perfect tropical surroundings. Overnight stay in Kovalam. Sightseeing includes Light House Beach, Howah Beach, and Ashoka Beach. The distance between Trivandrum and Kovalam is 25 kilometers, approximately a half-hour drive.

Day 2 : Kovalam to Trivandrum day visit

Embark on a day trip from Kovalam to Trivandrum after breakfast. Explore Trivandrum’s highlights, including the Napier Museum, Kuthiramalika Museum, and Sri Padmanabha Temple. In the afternoon, unwind at the famous Kovalam Beach. Overnight stay in Kovalam. Sightseeing includes Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple, Kuthiramalika Palace Museum, The Napier Museum, Sree Chithra Art Gallery, Zoological Park, Science and Technology Museum, Kanakakunnu Palace, and the Planetarium. The distance between Kovalam and Trivandrum is 25 kilometers, approximately a half-hour drive one way.

Day 3 : Kovalam to Kanyakumari

Experience the sunrise at the beach, then check out from the hotel after breakfast and proceed to Kanyakumari. En route, visit the majestic Padmanabhapuram Palace, the former capital of the State of Travancore, built in the Travancore architectural style. Upon arrival in Kanyakumari, check in at the hotel and in the afternoon, embark on a sightseeing tour. Visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial, situated at the confluence of the Indian Ocean, the Arabian Sea, and the Bay of Bengal. Kanyakumari is renowned for offering views of both sunrise and sunset from the same point, making it a unique experience. Enjoy the sunset at the tip of India and stay overnight at the hotel. The distance between Kovalam and Kanyakumari is 90 kilometers, approximately a two-hour drive.

Day 4 : Kanyakumari to Rameswaram

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Rameswaram. En route, visit Thiruchendhur Murugan Temple. Upon arrival in Rameswaram, known for its famous Lord Rama’s temple in Tamil Nadu, check in at the hotel. The presiding deity is the Linga of Sri Ramanatha Swamy, one of India’s twelve Jyotirlingas. After check-in, visit the Pamban Bridge, which connects Rameswaram to mainland India over the Palk Strait. Overnight stay at the hotel. The distance between Kanyakumari and Rameswaram is 320 kilometers (approximately a 7-hour drive) by road.

Day 5: Rameshwaram to Madurai

Begin your day with an early morning darshan at the 17th-century Rameshwaram Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Visit Agni Theertham Temple, a sacred bathing spot for pilgrims, before heading to Dhanushkodi Temple, believed to have been built by Lord Rama’s monkey forces to access Sri Lanka. The company will advise and assist but cannot be held responsible. In cases of connecting flight issues, the company will liaise with the airline but any charges will
