Itinerary Details

Day-1 Arrive in Tokyo

Arrive at Haneda or Narita.

Clear Biometrics and Immigrations. Pick Luggage and Meet airport representative at arrival Hall

Walk down to the Parking Area where Coach will be waiting for you.

1100Hrs: Coach will leave from airport forpanoramic tour of Tokyo, photo stop at Imperial Palace East Gardens,National DIET Building (Drive Past) and Tokyo Tower (Photo Stop). Lunch and later transfer to hotel.

Check in and relax at hotel.(Standard check in time 1500 Hrs)

Evening enjoy digital art exhibition at Team Labs, followed by free time at Odaiba (Statue of Liberty, Rainbow Bridge). Dinner and later transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-2 Tokyo Full Day sightseeing

Breakfast at hotel. Meet at the Hotel Lobby and Proceed for Sightseeing in Tokyo.

Visit to, Meiji Shrine and walk around Takeshita Street. Lunch. Transfer to Asakusa- Sensoji temple and Nakamise Shopping Street.Samurai – Ninja Museum visit. Evening visit Shibuya Crossing and Hachiko Statue. Free time at Shibuya, post dinner transfer to hotel.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-3 Tokyo-Mt Fuji visit – Hakone

Handover large suitcase to hotel reception for transfer to Hiroshima. (Next day delivery). For Hakone, carry along overnight luggage.

Breakfast at hotel.

Leave for Mt Fuji Area. Arrive at Mt Fuji – 5th Station (subject to weather conditions). In case road to Mt. Fuji is not open then alternate tour shall be offered.

Later enjoy a beautiful panoramic drive to Hakone, hot springsresort town located in the fuji. Later we will visit Owakudani and then enjoyPirate Hakone Cruise.

Evening check in and relax at hotel. (On direct payment enjoy Onsen)

Day-4 Hakone to Hiroshima

Post breakfast, check out and transfer to Odawara or Mishima station for bullet train transfer to Hiroshima by reserved economy class seating. (Train changeover in Nagoya)

Upon arrival check into the hotel.

Later visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park – Atomic Bomb dome and Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum& other monuments.Evening free time for shopping.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-5 Hiroshima to Osaka

Post breakfast proceed for Miyajimaguchi. Take ferry for Miyajima Island. Then visit Itsukushima Shrine and Floating Torii Gate. Return to Hiroshima. Afternoon drive to Osaka. Upon arrival at Osaka, dinner and check in.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-6 Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka

Post breakfast, tour ofFushimi Inari Shrine,Kinkakuji Temple visit (Golden Pavilion) and visit to Arashiyama Bamboo grove. Enjoy dressing like a Japanese – Kimono Wearing Experience.

Evening return to Osaka.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day-7 Osaka –Nara –Osaka

Post breakfast, enjoy scenic train to Nara.

Upon arrival in Nara visit Todaiji Temple and Nara Deer Park.

Afternoon, transfer to Osaka. Osaka Castle (Photo Stop), evening free for shopping at Umeda.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day -8 Depart Osaka

Packed Breakfast. Check out from Osaka Hotel. Transfer to Kansai Airport for taking flight to home country. At 0700 Hrs, coach shall drop guest to Kansai airport.

Dynamic Pricing: Prices are calculated based on the current exchange rate, making them dynamic and subject to change.
Black-Out Dates: The rates are not valid during black-out dates.
International Check-in/Check-out: International check-in time ranges from 1400 to 1500 hours, and check-out time is from 1100 to 1200 hours. Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Damages Responsibility: Any damages to hotel rooms or coaches during your stay are the responsibility of the passengers.
Tour Routing Changes: The tour routing may change on certain departure dates, and there is a possibility of a reverse itinerary. However, all mentioned sightseeing and excursions will be included.
Sightseeing Changes: Sightseeing and excursions may change due to factors like entrance availability, traffic, weather, etc.
Public Holidays: Some sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.
Liability: The Company does not accept liability for damages, baggage loss, injuries, accidents, breakdowns, or irregularities caused by various factors beyond its control.
Baggage Loss: Happy Feet Tours is not responsible for loss of baggage or belongings at airports or elsewhere.
Flight Timings: Clients should consider flight timings when reaching the airport. The company is not responsible for missed flights due to personal reasons, connecting flight issues, or airline-related factors.
Restricted Areas: Some areas or monuments may restrict vehicle entrance. In such cases, the vehicle will drop you at the nearest possible point, and clients must make further arrangements.
Additional Charges: Entrance fees, monument fees, and other activity charges are not included in the package unless specified in the inclusion section.
Peak Periods: The package may have different pricing during long weekends, national holidays, and regional festivals. Any cost difference will be communicated.
Surcharges: Any applicable surcharges will be advised during booking.
Hotel and Sightseeing Availability: Rates are subject to hotel and sightseeing availability at the time of booking. An alternate hotel of equal or higher standard may be used if necessary.
Exclusion Periods: Prices are not valid during trade fairs, festivals, and exhibition periods.
Indian Passport Holders: Rates are valid for Indian passport holders only.
Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. No hotel blocks are held for this package.
Transfers: Transfers are provided without night surcharges.

Passport and Visa: Travelers to international destinations must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity from the return date and the required visas.

Alternative Hotel: If a hotel is unavailable, the company reserves the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The booking amount per person is a non-refundable deposit.

Fixed Departure: Fixed departure packages follow a specific plan and cannot be amended based on personal requirements.
Air Ticket Payment: Full payment is required for the issuance of flight tickets.
Deviation from Route: Vehicles provided during the tour will follow the specified itinerary without deviation.
Restricted Areas: In areas where vehicle entrance is restricted, the vehicle will drop clients at the nearest point, and further arrangements are the client’s responsibility.

On-Ground Modifications: Any charges related to on-ground modifications or additions to services chosen by the client must be paid directly to the driver or supplier.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy aligns with the payment policy. The company is not responsible for additional costs or fees related to the issuance or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through the company.
Airline Responsibility: The Company has no direct control over third-party services like airlines. In case of last-minute flight cancellations or reschedules, the company is not liable for any financial, emotional, or physical impacts. The company will advise and assist but cannot be held responsible. In cases of connecting flight issues, the company will liaise with the airline but any charges will
