Itinerary Details

Your journey begins in Azerbaijan. Upon arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. In the evening, prepare to embark on a captivating Baku evening exploration. Baku, a city of intriguing mysteries, reveals its enchanting side after dark. As the sun sets, this contemporary metropolis undergoes a mesmerizing transformation, casting its magical spell on all who venture out at night. Your overnight stay will be in Baku.

Please note that the Baku evening exploration is available based on your flight arrival time.

Dinner

Following breakfast, embark on a journey through the historic streets of Old Baku, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. Explore iconic landmarks like Maiden’s Tower, Juma Mosque, Caravanserais, and Shirvanshah Palace. Visit other notable sites including Highland Park, Flame Towers, Baku Boulevard, and the Carpet Museum. Enjoy a boat ride in the “Little Venice of Baku” along Nizami Street and admire the unique architecture of Heydar Aliyev Center. Return to your hotel in the evening for an overnight stay, with breakfast and dinner included.

After breakfast, embark on an Absheron Peninsula tour. Explore the Ateshgah Fire Temple, a place with a rich history that reached its zenith in the 17th century due to contributions from Indian merchants. Witness the natural wonder of the Burning Mountain, where fire has been burning for millions of years. Finish the day at the “Gala Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum Complex” to discover the region’s ancient settlements and artifacts. Return to Baku for an overnight stay, including breakfast and dinner.

After breakfast, embark on a journey to Gabala, a charming resort town. Along the way, visit Maraza village to see the historic Diri-Baba mausoleum-mosque and Yeddi Gumbaz Mausoleum in Shamakhi. In Gabala, enjoy the picturesque Lake Nohur and explore the Tufandag winter-summer tourism complex, where you can take a cable car ride and enjoy various activities. Return to your Baku hotel for an overnight stay.

Following breakfast, it’s time to make your way to the airport for your departing flight from Baku. Your memorable holiday comes to a close. Safe travels back to your hometown.

  • Promotional Rates: The rates provided are promotional and part of a launch offer. These rates are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
  • Dynamic Pricing: Prices are calculated based on the current exchange rate, making them dynamic and subject to change.
  • Black-Out Dates: The rates are not valid during black-out dates.
  • International Check-in/Check-out: International check-in time ranges from 1400 to 1500 hours, and check-out time is from 1100 to 1200 hours. Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
  • Damages Responsibility: Any damages to hotel rooms or coaches during your stay are the responsibility of the passengers.
  • Tour Routing Changes: The tour routing may change on certain departure dates, and there is a possibility of a reverse itinerary. However, all mentioned sightseeing and excursions will be included.
  • Sightseeing Changes: Sightseeing and excursions may change due to factors like entrance availability, traffic, weather, etc.
  • Public Holidays: Some sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.
  • Liability: The Company does not accept liability for damages, baggage loss, injuries, accidents, breakdowns, or irregularities caused by various factors beyond its control.
  • Baggage Loss: Happy Feet Tours is not responsible for loss of baggage or belongings at airports or elsewhere.
  • Flight Timings: Clients should consider flight timings when reaching the airport. The company is not responsible for missed flights due to personal reasons, connecting flight issues, or airline-related factors.
  • Restricted Areas: Some areas or monuments may restrict vehicle entrance. In such cases, the vehicle will drop you at the nearest possible point, and clients must make further arrangements.
  • Additional Charges: Entrance fees, monument fees, and other activity charges are not included in the package unless specified in the inclusion section.
  • Peak Periods: The package may have different pricing during long weekends, national holidays, and regional festivals. Any cost difference will be communicated.
  • Surcharges: Any applicable surcharges will be advised during booking.
  • Hotel and Sightseeing Availability: Rates are subject to hotel and sightseeing availability at the time of booking. An alternate hotel of equal or higher standard may be used if necessary.
  • Exclusion Periods: Prices are not valid during trade fairs, festivals, and exhibition periods.
  • Indian Passport Holders: Rates are valid for Indian passport holders only.

  • Exclusions: No offers, promo codes, or discounts apply to this package unless expressly notified by Happy Feet. This package cannot be combined with other schemes or offers.
  • Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy aligns with the payment policy. The company is not responsible for additional costs or fees related to the issuance or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through the company.
  • Airline Responsibility: The Company has no direct control over third-party services like airlines. In case of last-minute flight cancellations or reschedules, the company is not liable for any financial, emotional, or physical impacts.
