Upon your arrival at the airport, our team will be ready to provide you with a seamless transfer to your designated hotel. The standard check-in time is approximately 14:00 hrs.

Following your check-in, embark on a cultural exploration of the city, beginning with a visit to Highland Park-Alley of Martyrs, a significant landmark commemorating national heroes. Next, explore The National Assembly, also known as Milli Majlis, and admire the iconic Flame Towers, standing as the tallest skyscraper in Baku.

Continue your journey by strolling through Baku Boulevard, a picturesque promenade stretching along a south-facing bay on the Caspian Sea. This scenic route traditionally commences at Freedom Square, extending westward to the Old City and beyond. Notably, since 2012, the Yeni Bulvar (New Boulevard) has expanded the length of the promenade to an impressive 3.75 km. Enjoy the captivating blend of culture and natural beauty as you explore this vibrant cityscape.

Day 1 : Arrival

Upon your arrival at the airport, our team will be ready to provide you with a seamless transfer to your designated hotel. The standard check-in time is approximately 14:00 hrs. Rest of the day of your own.

Day 2 Baku City Tour

Embark on a private Baku City Tour beginning with a delectable breakfast at the hotel. Explore the historic Old City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring landmarks like the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and Maiden Tower. Wander through the bustling Nizami Street, renowned for shopping, tracing its history back to Baku’s town-planning project of 1864. The tour concludes with a visit to the Heydar Aliyev Center, a 57,500-square-meter architectural marvel designed by Zaha Hadid, celebrated for its distinctive curved style. Named after Heydar Aliyev, the center pays homage to his pivotal roles in Soviet Azerbaijan and as the president of the Azerbaijan Republic. Immerse yourself in the blend of history and modernity in this captivating cityscape.

Day 3 Ateshgah Tour (Private Basis)

Embark on a private Ateshgah Tour after enjoying breakfast at the hotel. Explore the ancient Zoroastrian temple, Ateshgah, located in the suburb of Surakhany, approximately 30 km from Baku, learning about its historical significance and the unique natural phenomenon of burning gas outlets. Continue the journey to Yanar Dag, the renowned “Burning mountain,” where natural gas has been ablaze on its slope since ancient times. Experience these cultural and natural wonders with included entrances. Conclude the day with a visit to the Heydar Aliyev Centre, a distinctive 57,500-square-meter architectural complex designed by Zaha Hadid, representing a seamless blend of functionality and landscape integration in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Day 4 Qobustan Tour (PVT basis)

Commence your day with a satisfying breakfast before embarking on an enriching Gobustan and mud volcano tour from Baku. This unique experience takes you on a journey through ancient petroglyphs and the captivating natural beauty of mud volcanoes. Along the way, discover the Bibi Heybet Mosque, Sixov Beach, old oil pumps, and scenic semi-deserts. The Gobustan State Preserve, boasting over 6,000 cave paintings and a museum showcasing artifacts from the Mesolithic period, provides a glimpse into the region’s rich archaeological history. Ascend the mountain to witness real rock paintings depicting early humans, animals, and ritual scenes. Day 5 Shopping Tour

Indulge in a delightful breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a shopping tour through Baku. Begin at the renowned local sweet shop, Aliahmad’s, showcasing authentic Azerbaijani flavors. Move on to explore a local vine and alcoholic drinks shop, followed by a visit to the “Xurcun” dry fruits and sweets shop, offering a delightful array of treats. The shopping excursion culminates at Genclik Mall, a prominent destination just 10 minutes from the city center by taxi. This expansive mall stands as Baku’s largest, boasting over 80 stores, spacious bowling halls, premier movie theaters, a 3D cinema, a children’s playground, Bravo supermarket, and VIP restaurants, providing a comprehensive and enjoyable shopping experience.

Day 6 Departure

Morning after breakfast; you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home to India

2. Meals: Daily breakfast is included, excluding Day 1 of the itinerary.

1. TCS & GST: The tour price does not cover Tax Collected at Source (TCS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST).

2. Visa Charges: Visa fees are not included in the tour package and will be an additional expense.

3. Departure PCR Test: Any costs associated with the Departure Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test, if required, are not included.

4. Flights Services: The price does not cover any flight-related services, including airfare.

5. Unspecified Meals: Meals not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary are not part of the tour package.

6. Tips for Guide & Driver: Tips for the guide and driver are not included and should be budgeted separately.

7. Unmentioned Expenses: Any expenses not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions are not covered in the tour price.

8. Pre & Post Tour Services: Services and costs related to pre and post-tour arrangements are not included.

9. Personal Expenditure: Expenses of a personal nature, such as mini-bar and refrigerator usage, laundry service, telephone calls, camera fees, and tips, are not part of the package.

10. Beverages: All drinks and beverages are excluded from the tour price.

11. Hotel Promotional Rates: Rates provided do not apply during blackout periods, surcharge dates, or stop-sales on hotel bookings.

12. Tourism Tax: Any applicable tourism tax is not included and will be an additional charge.

13. Midnight Surcharge: Charges associated with midnight surcharges are not covered in the tour package.

14. Minimum Travelers: The rates are valid for a minimum of 02 adults traveling together at all times.

Validity of Rates: All rates are applicable within the specified validity dates. Happy Feet Tours reserves the right to modify these validity dates.
Promotional Rates: The rates provided are promotional and part of a launch offer. These rates are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
Dynamic Pricing: Prices are calculated based on the current exchange rate, making them dynamic and subject to change.
Black-Out Dates: The rates are not valid during black-out dates.
International Check-in/Check-out: International check-in time ranges from 1400 to 1500 hours, and check-out time is from 1100 to 1200 hours. Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Damages Responsibility: Any damages to hotel rooms or coaches during your stay are the responsibility of the passengers.
Tour Routing Changes: The tour routing may change on certain departure dates, and there is a possibility of a reverse itinerary. However, all mentioned sightseeing and excursions will be included.
Sightseeing Changes: Sightseeing and excursions may change due to factors like entrance availability, traffic, weather, etc.
Public Holidays: Some sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.
Liability: The Company does not accept liability for damages, baggage loss, injuries, accidents, breakdowns, or irregularities caused by various factors beyond its control.
Baggage Loss: Happy Feet Tours is not responsible for loss of baggage or belongings at airports or elsewhere.
Flight Timings: Clients should consider flight timings when reaching the airport. The company is not responsible for missed flights due to personal reasons, connecting flight issues, or airline-related factors.
Restricted Areas: Some areas or monuments may restrict vehicle entrance. In such cases, the vehicle will drop you at the nearest possible point, and clients must make further arrangements.
Additional Charges: Entrance fees, monument fees, and other activity charges are not included in the package unless specified in the inclusion section.
Peak Periods: The package may have different pricing during long weekends, national holidays, and regional festivals. Any cost difference will be communicated.
Surcharges: Any applicable surcharges will be advised during booking.
Hotel and Sightseeing Availability: Rates are subject to hotel and sightseeing availability at the time of booking. An alternate hotel of equal or higher standard may be used if necessary.
Exclusion Periods: Prices are not valid during trade fairs, festivals, and exhibition periods.
Indian Passport Holders: Rates are valid for Indian passport holders only.
Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. No hotel blocks are held for this package.
Transfers: Transfers are provided without night surcharges.

Passport and Visa: Travelers to international destinations must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity from the return date and the required visas.

Alternative Hotel: If a hotel is unavailable, the company reserves the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The booking amount per person is a non-refundable deposit.

Fixed Departure: Fixed departure packages follow a specific plan and cannot be amended based on personal requirements.
Air Ticket Payment: Full payment is required for the issuance of flight tickets.
Deviation from Route: Vehicles provided during the tour will follow the specified itinerary without deviation.
Restricted Areas: In areas where vehicle entrance is restricted, the vehicle will drop clients at the nearest point, and further arrangements are the client’s responsibility.

On-Ground Modifications: Any charges related to on-ground modifications or additions to services chosen by the client must be paid directly to the driver or supplier.
Voucher and Ticket Release: For group departure packages, vouchers and tickets will be released three days prior to departure.
Exclusions: No offers, promo codes, or discounts apply to this package unless expressly notified by Happy Feet. This package cannot be combined with other schemes or offers.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy aligns with the payment policy. The company is not responsible for additional costs or fees related to the issuance or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through the company.
Airline Responsibility: The Company has no direct control over third-party services like airlines. In case of last-minute flight cancellations or reschedules, the company is not liable for any financial, emotional, or physical impacts. The company will advise and assist but cannot be held responsible. In cases of connecting flight issues, the company will liaise with the airline but any charges will
