2. Visa Charges: Visa fees are not included in the tour package and will be an additional expense.

3. Departure PCR Test: Any costs associated with the Departure Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test, if required, are not included.

4. Flights Services: The price does not cover any flight-related services, including airfare.

6. Tips for Guide & Driver: Tips for the guide and driver are not included and should be budgeted separately.

  • INR 25,000 Booking deposit per person (if booked 60 days or above)

  • All Prices are based on minimum of 20 People travelling together. Any change in Pax counts there will be increase in price.

  • Promotional Rates: The rates provided are promotional and part of a launch offer. These rates are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
  • Dynamic Pricing: Prices are calculated based on the current exchange rate, making them dynamic and subject to change.
  • Black-Out Dates: The rates are not valid during black-out dates.
  • International Check-in/Check-out: International check-in time ranges from 1400 to 1500 hours, and check-out time is from 1100 to 1200 hours. Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
  • Damages Responsibility: Any damages to hotel rooms or coaches during your stay are the responsibility of the passengers.
  • Tour Routing Changes: The tour routing may change on certain departure dates, and there is a possibility of a reverse itinerary. However, all mentioned sightseeing and excursions will be included.
  • Sightseeing Changes: Sightseeing and excursions may change due to factors like entrance availability, traffic, weather, etc.
  • Public Holidays: Some sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.
  • Liability: The Company does not accept liability for damages, baggage loss, injuries, accidents, breakdowns, or irregularities caused by various factors beyond its control.
  • Baggage Loss: Happy Feet Tours is not responsible for loss of baggage or belongings at airports or elsewhere.
  • Flight Timings: Clients should consider flight timings when reaching the airport. The company is not responsible for missed flights due to personal reasons, connecting flight issues, or airline-related factors.
  • Restricted Areas: Some areas or monuments may restrict vehicle entrance. In such cases, the vehicle will drop you at the nearest possible point, and clients must make further arrangements.
  • Additional Charges: Entrance fees, monument fees, and other activity charges are not included in the package unless specified in the inclusion section.
  • Peak Periods: The package may have different pricing during long weekends, national holidays, and regional festivals. Any cost difference will be communicated.
  • Surcharges: Any applicable surcharges will be advised during booking.
  • Hotel and Sightseeing Availability: Rates are subject to hotel and sightseeing availability at the time of booking. An alternate hotel of equal or higher standard may be used if necessary.
  • Exclusion Periods: Prices are not valid during trade fairs, festivals, and exhibition periods.
  • Indian Passport Holders: Rates are valid for Indian passport holders only.

  • Alternative Hotel: If a hotel is unavailable, the company reserves the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: The booking amount per person is a non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy aligns with the payment policy. The company is not responsible for additional costs or fees related to the issuance or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through the company.
  • Airline Responsibility: The Company has no direct control over third-party services like airlines. In case of last-minute flight cancellations or reschedules, the company is not liable for any financial, emotional, or physical impacts.
